Tasty Tuesday: Chicken Florentine (Pampered Chef Recipe)

Hello All! Happy Tasty Tuesday! Today I am bringing a recipe I have had forever. It comes from pampered chef. I love it and wanted to share it. It is Chicken Florentine Ring. It is an easy, semi-homemade recipe for all who love it. Anywho’s here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

1 (10 ounce) can chunk white chicken,
drained and flaked
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper (optional)
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped
spinach, thawed and well drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
1.     Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F.
2.     Mix chicken, red bell pepper, spinach, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, lemon zest, salt, and nutmeg together in a large bowl. Set aside. Unroll crescent roll dough, and separate into 16 triangles. Arrange triangles in a circle on a 13-inch baking stone or pizza pan with the wide ends of the triangles overlapping in the center and points facing out. The center diameter should be about 5-inches. Scoop chicken mixture evenly onto the widest end of each triangle. Bring the outer point of each triangle towards the center of the circle and tuck the point under the wide end of the dough. The filling will not be completely covered.

3.     Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Slice and serve.

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated
crescent rolls

Manic Monday!

Hello My Loves,

We had such a great day yesterday going to the Apple Hill Farm in Concord, NH. It was about an hour and a half from our house. It was a lovely drive. Today is a holiday so James is home. This weekend was rare as he didn't have to work all weekend. It was amazing to have him home or good to not have to rush from football game to football game to check on his various color guards. So it was nice to have him to ourselves.

Anywho, we went to pick apples. We had a blast. Now I have to figure out what to do with my bunch of apples I have. Any apple recipes are appreciated! So here are some pictures from yesterday!

DAILY TIDBITS:

  • Coffee tastes so good this morning... I think it is because it was freezing last night!
  • I need to get going on all these apples. I guess pintrest will be my friend on recipes.
  • I can't wait to get my hair done!
  • We had to turn on heater on for the first time this season. WOW!
  • Off to the gym. I look like a fatty in the pictures.

Love and Blessings,
Carlise
